On this page you can navigate around to find information about all of our hotel, their accommodations and guest amenities. There is no host hotel, but rather a large collection of boutique hotels that are all near the convention center. We have hotels that are out on the barrier island with the Atlantic Ocean and Beach as their back door. To hotels that are with in walking distance of the convention center. Finally, we have also blocks of rooms at all economy hotels near the convention center. You only need to look here for you hotel room for the 2010.
All of the hotels will have free symposium bus service to the convention center. There is also city busses and water taxi; both will be offer special rates for our symposium. Note: If you plan to drive a vehicle please check the parking fees for your hotel, it may be cheaper to park the vehicle at the Convention Center and use the symposium buses.
We have locked in the lowest best rate for our hotels. (If you find a lower rate at one of our hotels during the symposium week, then let us know and we will get that rate for you.) All of the hotels are also offering rooms at the prevailing GSA Rate for those attendees that are traveling on behalf of their government agency. Come early or stay late: all the hotels have agreed to extend their rates to 5 days before and after the symposium!

• When making internet reservations aren't desired
• When reserving a block of 10 rooms or more
• When room upgrades or special needs are desired (handicap, suites, penthouse, etc)
• When there are special bill arrangements
• When making reservation more than 5 days before the symposum or more than 5 days after the symposum
