ISEMC Symposium

1. IEEE Members must provide their membership number that is current for 2010 membership in IEEE.
2. Non Member Full 5 Day Registration includes free 1 year 2011 membership in IEEE and EMCS, see the EMCS membership booth to join IEEE & EMCS
3. IEEE EMCS Life Award members will be verified as receiving the Life Award before qualify to register for this special rate.
4. IEEE Life members will be verified as life members to qualify for this special rate.
5. Retired / Unemployed attendees must provide company name and date retirement or unemployment commenced.
6. Student ID - Full Time students only - must show Student ID at the conference to confirm full-time student status.

Additional Information
CUT OFF DATE FOR ONLINE REGISTRATIONS
July 23, 2010. After the cut-off date the only option will be on-site registration.
CANCELLATION OR SUBSTITUTION POLICY
Notice of cancelation must be received in writing by May 25, 2010. A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for registrations cancelled prior to May 25, 2010. For cancellations between May 25, 2010 and June 25, 2010 a 50% refund will be given. There will be no refunds after 3:00 PM EDT on June 25, 2010. Substitutions are permitted.
The EMC 2010 Symposium Committee reserves the right to cancel any tour that does not meet the minimum requirement. If a tour is cancelled, you will receive a full refund and will be contacted prior to the symposium.
